What does justice mean to you?

Justice for me means freedom from violence and oppression of all kinds, the chance to live in peace and harmony with one’s family, neighbors, and environment; where all children can thrive; where all people can enjoy the goodness of all of God’s creation.

What is the most powerful thing you have been a part of at ACT?

I was very proud when SacACT stepped up to provide emergency cash to undocumented families in order community who were left out of all of the COVID relief funding.

Favorite thing about Sacramento:

I love the river, the trees, the diversity of our neighborhoods and people.
